Uddom User Docs

Uddom User Documentation

Learn how to set up and use Uddom to grow your Shopify store with conversion tools, offers, reviews, email marketing and analytics.

Uddom is a conversion toolkit for Shopify. It helps you turn more visitors into customers with on-site messages, offers, reviews, cart recovery emails and clear reporting on what is working.

These pages are written for merchants and store managers. Everything here explains what you can do in the Uddom app, point by point, in plain language. No developer knowledge is needed for normal setup and everyday use.

Start here#

If you have just installed Uddom, follow these three steps in order. Everything else builds on them.

  1. Install and open Uddom. Add the app from the Shopify App Store and open it from your Shopify admin. See Installing Uddom.
  2. Enable the Uddom app embed. Most storefront features need the app embed switched on in your theme. See Enable the app embed.
  3. Turn on a module and configure it. Pick the tool you need under Growth, switch it on, and save its settings.

How these docs are organised#

The documentation follows the Uddom app itself. The app has six main areas, listed along the top of the app:

App area What it is for
Home Your dashboard, setup guide and store health.
Growth CRO modules, A/B testing, Free shipping bar, Reviews, Offers and Discount Offers, and Subscriptions.
Marketing Email Marketing: lists, contacts, templates, sending and abandoned checkout recovery.
Insights Analytics across your modules and experiments.
Plans & billing Where plan and billing information lives.
Settings Email delivery and reusable email templates.
A note on “Coming soon”

Some parts of Uddom are marked Coming soon inside the app, such as WhatsApp and SMS channels, AI Insights and BYO Email API. Where a feature is not available yet, these docs say so instead of describing it as ready to use.

Finding things quickly#

Use the search box at the top of any page, or press the / key to jump to it. Search covers page titles, section headings and feature names. Each section also has a “On this page” list that follows you as you scroll, and every page has Previous and Next links at the bottom.
